What happens if the balance has not been recharged?

In case your recharge has not been completed or is taking too long, you should contact our customer service team at: [email protected].


  1. Indicate to our support agent how you did the recharge and at what time you did it.

  2. Send screenshots that may be helpful and evidence of your recharge query.

  3. Provide your email or user name with which you are registered in our application to expedite your inquiry.

  4. Please note that the response time is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Panamanian time.
