To request funds, make sure you have an available balance in your account and follow these simple steps:
Open your application and click on "Withdraw".
Select the pre-registered bank account of your choice. If you have not yet registered a bank account, you can easily do so by clicking the "Add" button.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, click "Next", and you're done! Your request will be successfully processed, and you will receive it in your account within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Important:
If you do not have a bank account added or do not add one, you will not be able to request funds.
If you have data pending verification, funding requests will not be processed in the time frame indicated. Example: Pending verification of Phone, Email, ID, among others.
