This problem occurs when the " Key " configured in Shopify is different from the one registered in our system.
In the section My company -> Keys there are several " Key ", which are:

If this is happening in some transactions, you must take into account that our integration with Shopify is offsite, therefore, it is important that the user does not close the browser window during the transaction process. In this case, you must enter your Paguelofacil portal and check if you have received the transaction, so you can continue with your purchase process.
