Account Statement
This guide explains how to view charges, payments, commissions, and balance changes.
1. Log in

2. Go to the Account Statement section
Within the Balance section, click on Account Statement.

3. View the Account Statement summary
At the top of the Account Statement section, you will see a general summary of your balance, organized into the following categories:

- Available: funds available for use or withdrawal.
- On Hold: funds pending validation.
- Blocked: funds blocked due to chargebacks.
- Fund Requests: amounts associated with ongoing requests.
- Global: total account balance.
This summary allows you to quickly understand the overall status of your funds before reviewing individual transactions.
4. Review Account history
Below the balance summary, you will find the detailed account statement history.

5. Download Account Statement history
You can apply date range filters before downloading. This allows you to generate customized reports based on your needs.

- Filters: select From Date and To Date
- .XLSX: download the history in Excel format
- .CSV: download the history in CSV format
Use filters to generate more precise reports.
6. Download files
Once you request the download, the file will be available in the downloads button. When it’s ready, you can save it to your device.
