Add, View, and Manage Bank Accounts and Crypto Wallets

The Withdrawal section allows you to add, view, and manage destination methods where you can transfer your money from the PagueloFacil app. From here, you can register Panamanian bank accounts or cryptocurrency wallets to make secure withdrawals. This feature allows you to manage your withdrawal destinations and transfer available funds from your account to the selected method.

1. Log in
Access your PagueloFacil account from the app using your credentials.

2. Go to the Withdraw option
From the main screen, select the Withdraw button.
Once inside this section, press the Add (+) button to register a new withdrawal method.

3. Select the withdrawal destination
You will have two destination options where your money can be sent:
  1. Panamanian Bank Account
  2. Crypto Wallet
Select the option you prefer to continue.

4. Add a Panamanian bank account
If you select Panamanian Bank Account, a section titled Withdraw to Panamanian Bank Account will open.
Complete the required fields.
Once the information is completed, select the Save button.

5. Enter the withdrawal amount
After adding the account, you can enter the amount you want to transfer.
Please note the following:
  1. The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 5.00.
  2. A 7% fee will be applied to the transferred amount.
Then select the Transfer button to continue.

6. Verify security authentication (2FA)
The system will open a 2FA Authentication section to verify your identity before completing the transfer.
Depending on the security methods you have activated, you will be able to validate your identity.
  1. For example, if you choose the Email option.
  2. ​Press the Next button.
  3. ​You will receive a verification code by email.
  4. ​Copy and paste the code into the corresponding field.
  5. ​Select Validate.

7. Withdrawal confirmation
Once the validation is completed, a section called Withdrawal Completed will appear with the following message:
“Your request was completed successfully. You will see the funds reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days.”
Select the Go to Home button to return to the main screen.

Done. Your funds will be transferred successfully to the selected withdrawal method.
