Create a Payment Link

The Payment Link feature allows you to generate a link that you can share with customers or users so they can make a payment quickly and securely. This link can be shared through WhatsApp, email, social media, or any digital channel, making the payment process easier without needing to select a contact within the app.
 The link can be configured with a specific amount, payment description, and expiration settings according to the user’s or merchant’s needs.

1. Log in
Access your PagueloFacil account from the app using your credentials.

2. Go to the Request Payment option
From the Home screen, select the Request Payment button.
Within this section, the available methods to request money will appear:
  1. Request from Contact
  2. ​Payment Link
  3. ​QR Code
For this case, select Payment Link and then press Next.

3. Create a new payment link
Within this section, you can copy an existing link or create a new one.
To generate a new link, select New Link +.

4. Fixed amount
The minimum amount allowed to create a payment link is $2.00.
​
5. Configure the payment information
Complete the required information to create the payment link:
  1. Name: Enter an alias or name to identify the link.
  2. ​Tax: Optional field to apply taxes if needed.
  3. ​Description: Enter a short description of the payment reason.
Once the information is completed, press Next.
​
6. Define the link expiration
In this section, you can choose how long the payment link will remain active.
The available options are:
  1. No expiration
  2. ​Single use
  3. ​Custom
Then press Next to continue.

7. Verify the details and create the link
Before finishing, a confirmation screen will appear to verify the payment link details.
Here you can review:
  1. The payment amount and tax
  2. ​The link name
  3. ​The description
  4. ​The selected expiration option
If everything is correct, press Create Link.

Done. The payment link will be saved in your links list.
