Edit My Company Information

This guide allows you to edit the available information of your company in PagueloFacil from the Legal Information section, updating enabled fields such as address and domain quickly and securely.

1. Log in
Access your PagueloFacil account using your credentials.

2. Go to My Company
In the top right corner of the screen, select My Company.



3. Access Legal Information
Within the My Company tab, go to the Legal Information section.
Select the Edit option.



4. Edit available data
When you select Edit, a form with your company’s information will open.
Keep in mind that only some fields will be enabled for editing.
Editable fields:
  • Address
  • Domain
All other fields are for informational purposes only and cannot be modified from the platform.


Notes
If you need to change other legal information such as Trade Name, RUC, or any other data, please contact us at
customerservice@paguelofacil.com

5. Save changes
Once you have updated the editable information, select Save.
The system will display a Successful operation message confirming the update.

Done. Your company’s editable information has been successfully updated.
