This guide explains Error 300, a time-based validation in the PagueloFacil platform that indicates a session or payment link has exceeded its configured validity period.
● What does it mean?
Error 300 – Expired Link is a security and inventory control measure. It indicates that the payment link is no longer valid to process transactions because its lifetime has ended. As stated in the message: "The validity period of the link has expired, so it is no longer possible to access its content."
Common causes include:
Session timeout: The user remained on the payment page too long without completing the process, and the system closed the session for security reasons.
Expiration date reached: The merchant configured the link with a specific expiration date and time (e.g., for a limited-time offer or invoice).
Single-use link: The link was configured for one-time use and has already been successfully used or invalidated after a previous attempt.
● How to solve it?
For the Customer (Payer):
Do not refresh the page; the link will not reactivate.
Request a new payment link from the merchant.
Complete the payment quickly once you receive the new link.
For the Merchant (Account Owner):
Generate a new payment link: Create a new request from your dashboard.
Review expiration settings: If this error occurs frequently, verify whether your link validity period is too short.
Support: If the link expired unexpectedly, contact customerservice@paguelofacil.com
Link expiration protects merchants from receiving payments for out-of-stock products or expired promotions.
