- Manual alteration: Modifying URL parameters (such as payment ID or merchant code), resulting in a non-existent address.

For the Customer (Payer):
- Verify the source: Make sure you clicked the original link provided by the merchant without modifying it.
- Request a new link: If the link appears broken or incomplete, ask the merchant to resend it, ensuring the full URL is included.
For the Merchant (Account Owner):
- Validate in dashboard: Log in to PagueloFacil and confirm that the payment link still exists in your generated links list.
- Review integration: If using API integration, verify that the checkout or redirect URL is correctly built according to documentation.
