Error 3002 – Service Not Available

Error 3002 – Service Not Available

This guide explains Error 3002, a structural access issue that occurs when the PagueloFacil system is unable to find the requested resource or specific page.

   What does it mean?
Error 3002 – Service Not Available behaves similarly to a “404” web error. It indicates that the URL used to access the payment is incorrect, has been removed from our servers, or points to a resource that no longer exists.
As stated in the message: "The page you are looking for cannot be found on our site. It may have been removed or the link may be broken."
The most common causes include:
  • Broken link: The payment link was copied incorrectly, missing essential characters at the end of the URL.
  • Deleted resource: The merchant created a link and later permanently removed it before it was used.
  • Incorrect path: The checkout route being accessed has been updated or migrated to a new structure.
  • Manual alteration: Modifying URL parameters (such as payment ID or merchant code), resulting in a non-existent address.
   How to solve it?
For the Customer (Payer):
  • Verify the source: Make sure you clicked the original link provided by the merchant without modifying it.
  • Request a new link: If the link appears broken or incomplete, ask the merchant to resend it, ensuring the full URL is included.
For the Merchant (Account Owner):
  • Validate in dashboard: Log in to PagueloFacil and confirm that the payment link still exists in your generated links list.
  • Review integration: If using API integration, verify that the checkout or redirect URL is correctly built according to documentation.
  • Support: If the link exists but still triggers this error, contact
    customerservice@paguelofacil.com
    to check for routing issues.

Notes
This error is a system integrity measure that prevents processing requests on incomplete or incorrect payment structures, ensuring platform stability.
