How to Contact Support

The Contact Support feature allows you to communicate directly with the PagueloFacil support team from the app to resolve questions, report issues, or receive personalized assistance whenever needed.
This channel is available to help you in situations that cannot be resolved through guides or basic platform settings.

1. Log in
Access your PagueloFacil account using your credentials.

2. Go to Settings
From the Home tab, select Settings in the bottom right corner.

3. Select Contact Support
Tap the Contact Support option.

4. Start the conversation
Press the Contact button via WhatsApp or reach out via email at: Customerservice@paguelofacil.com.
A chat will open so you can submit your request or report your issue directly to the support team.

Done. You can now communicate directly with the support team.
