How to Reload the App Balance Using Punto Pago
Reloading through Punto Pago allows you to add funds to your PagueloFacil account using the Punto Pago application. This method credits the balance automatically once the payment is completed successfully.
1. Open the Punto Pago app
Open the Punto Pago application and access the Payments section.
2. Select New Payment
Inside the payments section, tap the New Payment button to start a new transaction.
3. Search for the operator
A search bar labeled Search operator will appear.
Select PagueloFacil to continue.
4. Enter your reference number
A screen will open to complete the transaction details.

Enter the phone number used when you initially registered your PF account and tap Next.
5. Select the payment method and enter the amount
Next, you must:
- Choose the available payment method within the Punto Pago app
- Enter the amount you want to reload (minimum $1.00)
Then tap the Pay button to complete the transaction.
6. Payment confirmation in Punto Pago
After completing the transaction, a screen will appear indicating that the payment was successfully made to PagueloFacil.
From this same screen, you will be able to:
- Save the payment in the My Accounts section within the Punto Pago app for future payments
Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email for the transaction.
7. Transaction status
Once the payment is completed, the reload will remain in pending status within the system.
To complete the process, you must enter or validate the operation code corresponding to the completed payment.
8. Balance credit
After validation, the balance will be credited automatically to your PagueloFacil account.
This process may take:
- Normally: immediate up to 2 hours
- In some cases: up to 24 hours
If you receive the confirmation email but do not see the balance reflected, wait a few minutes and refresh the app. If the balance does not appear after 24 hours, contact support at customerservice@paguelofacil.com with your reference number.
Done. You have completed the balance reload using Punto Pago, and the amount will be available in your PagueloFacil account.
