How to Update User Information

The User Information Update feature allows you to modify the information associated with your account in the PagueloFacil app, such as your profile picture or registered personal details. For security reasons, any changes require verification through a code sent to your registered email address.

1. Log in
Access your PagueloFacil account using your credentials.
​
2. Go to Settings
From the Home tab, select Settings in the bottom right corner of the screen.

3. Go to My Account
Select the My Account option.
​
4. Edit your information
Within this section you can:
Change your profile image or logo by selecting the current photo.
Edit your personal information in My Information by pressing the pencil icon ✏️.
​
5. Confirm the changes
After making the changes, press Next.
You will receive a verification code by email to confirm the updates.
​
6. Log in again
After confirming the changes, you will need to log in again.
Once logged in, you will see your account with the updated information.
​
Done. Your account information has been updated successfully.
