Make Payments to Merchants

The Merchant Payment feature allows you to transfer money from your PagueloFacil account to affiliated merchants directly from the app. This process is fast, secure, and uses your available balance.

1. Log in
Access the PagueloFacil app from your device using your credentials.

2. Go to Pay
On the Home screen, select the Pay button.

3. Select the merchant
Within the Pay section, go to the Merchants tab and choose the merchant of your preference.

4. Enter the amount
Type the amount you want to pay and select Next.

5. Choose the payment method
Select the available payment method.

6. Confirm the transaction
Verify that all details are correct and confirm the transfer.

Done. The payment will be processed and you will receive the corresponding confirmation.
