Merchant Payments

This guide allows you to make personalized payments to merchants directly from the PagueloFacil web platform. From this section, you can review your available balance, search for specific merchants, and view the history of recent payments made from your account.

1. Log in

Access your PagueloFacil account using your credentials.

2. Access the Payments section

From the side navigation menu, click on the Payments section.

3. Select the “Merchant” tab

Within the Payments section, you will see the Make Payment screen with the following available categories:

• User
• Merchant
• Service

For this case, select the Merchant tab.

You will also be able to view a balance summary divided into the following categories: Available, Retained, Blocked, Fund Requests, and Global.

4. Complete the payment information

Within the Merchant section, you will be able to review the operation cost, your available balance, and search for the merchant you want to pay.

In the Merchant name field, type or select the merchant you want to pay.

Then:

• Enter the payment amount
• Add a description if desired
• Click Accept to continue with the operation

5. View recent payments

At the bottom of the screen, you will find the Recent Payments section, where the details and most relevant information for each payment made will be displayed.

Done. You have successfully accessed the merchant payments section and completed a payment from the PagueloFacil web platform.
