My Transactions
This guide allows you to review, analyze, and manage your transactions in PagueloFacil. You will be able to view charts, apply advanced filters, and download information for better control of your operations.
1. Log in

2. Go to the Transactions section
In the side navigation menu, click on the Transactions subsection.

3. View transaction charts
At the top of the screen, you will find informative charts with the following categories:

- Approved vs Declined Transactions
- Declined Transactions: shows the reasons for declined transactions
- Transactions by Service
These charts allow you to visually analyze your transaction performance.
4. Transaction history
Below the charts, you will see the transaction history, where you can view the following information:

- Date and time
- Operation code
- Status
- Customer email
- Amount
The Filters button allows you to perform advanced searches using the following criteria:
- Date
- Operation code
- Status
- Reserved funds
- Blocked funds
- Email
- Amount
- Payment method
- Card number
- Concept
- Description
- Has claim
5. Download files
Downloads will appear in the upper right corner of the platform.
From there, you can download the generated files in .XLSX or .CSV format.
