Payments to users

This guide allows you to make personalized payments to other users directly from the PagueloFacil web platform. From this section, you can check your available balance, search for specific users, and view the history of recent payments made from your account.

1. Log in
Access your PagueloFacil account using your credentials.

2. Access the Payments section
From the side navigation menu, click on the Payments section.



3. View the “User” section
Once inside the payments section, you will see the Make Payment screen with the following available categories:
  • User
  • Merchant
  • Service
By default, and in this case, the User option will be selected.

Notes
You will also be able to view a balance summary divided into the following categories: Available, Retained, Blocked, Fund Requests, and Global.

4. Select “Custom”
Within the User section, select the Custom option.
In this screen, you will be able to view:
  • Transaction cost
  • Available balance
  • User search field

5. Search for a user
In the Search user field, you can locate users.
The system will automatically display the available matches so you can select the corresponding user.



6. View recent payments
At the bottom of the screen, you will find the Recent Payments section, where the most relevant details and information of each completed payment will be displayed.



Done. You have successfully accessed the custom payments section and reviewed recent payments from the PagueloFacil web platform.
