Recover My Account Password

This guide allows you to recover your PagueloFacil account password if you have forgotten it, through an email validation process to securely restore access.


1. Log in

Log in to your PagueloFacil Live account using your credentials.


2. Select the recovery option
Click on Forgot your password?


3. Enter your username or email

Enter the username or email you used to register on the platform and continue the process.



4. Validate the recovery code

You will receive an email with the subject “Password Recovery”, which includes a confirmation code.
Enter the code in the Confirmation Code field and select Validate.


5. Create a new password

Enter your new password, making sure it meets the indicated security requirements.


6. Complete the process

Select Back to login to sign in with your new password.


Done. Your password has been successfully recovered.
