The ACH transfer reload option allows you to add funds to your PagueloFacil account by making a bank transfer from your bank account to the account provided by the platform. This method requires uploading a payment receipt, which will be validated by the PagueloFacil team before the balance is credited to your account.
1. Log in
Access your PagueloFacil live account using your credentials.
2. Go to the Reload option
From the Home tab, locate the Available Balance section and select the Reload option.
3. Enter the reload amount
Enter the amount you want to reload.
Then press Next.
Note:
The minimum allowed amount is $1.00.
4. Select the reload method
In the Choose your reload method section, you will see different available options such as:
CryptoFacil
Cash
Transfer
For this case, select Transfer and press Next.
5. Confirm the reload amount
The system will display a summary with the reload details.
Verify the information and press Next to continue.
6. Enter your bank information
Next, you must complete your bank account information.
Once completed, press Next.
7. Complete the bank transfer
A section called Complete your transfer will appear, where you must follow these steps:
Log in to your online banking or banking app.
Transfer the indicated amount to the account provided by the platform.
Save the transfer receipt.
In this section, you will also be able to view the destination account details.
Once the transfer has been completed, press Next.
8. Upload the payment receipt
To finish the process, you must upload the transfer receipt.
Select Upload payment receipt, attach the corresponding file, and then press Finish.
9. Reload validation
Once the receipt has been submitted, the PagueloFacil validation team will review the provided information.
When the transfer is verified, the balance will be credited to your account.
Done. You have completed the balance reload process via ACH transfer in the PagueloFacil application.
