Request a Card

The Request Card feature allows users to request a PagueloFacil card directly from the app. During the process, you can select the available card type, complete the required validation, accept the product conditions, and coordinate the delivery of your physical card.
Once activated, you will be able to use it for purchases and payments from your PagueloFacil account.

1. Log in
Access your account from the PagueloFacil application using your credentials.

2. Go to the Cards section
From the Home tab, scroll to the Cards section.

3. Select Request Card
Inside the My PagueloFacil Cards section, select the Request Card option to begin the process.

4. Review the available card types
Within this section, you will be able to view the cards available according to your profile.
Available options may include:
  • Tauro
  • Atheyna
  • Green Card
  • White Business Card
  • Black Business Card

5. Select the card type
Choose the card you want to request.
If you select the Green Card, you may choose between:
  • Physical Card
  • Digital Card
Notes
Currently, only the Physical Card option is available. Select Request to continue.

6. Complete the requirements and validations
Before continuing with the request, you must:
  • Complete the required form
  • Validate your identity
  • Confirm the requested information
The system may also display the requirements and conditions needed to approve the card request.


7. Confirm fees and conditions
The following information will be displayed:
  • Card issuance fee
  • Applicable taxes
  • Possible monthly or annual fee, depending on the selected card type
Accept the conditions to continue with the process.


8. Wait for the request approval
Once the request is submitted, the corresponding team will validate the provided information.
When the card is approved, you will receive the corresponding confirmation.


9. Coordinate the card delivery
After approval, you must coordinate the delivery of your physical card.
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the location, but it is usually completed within a few business days.


10. Activate your card
Once you receive the card, you can activate it directly from the PagueloFacil application.
After activation, the card will be ready to use.

Done. Your PagueloFacil card request will be completed, and you will be able to start using your card once activated.
