Step-by-step guide to submitting a funds request on PagueloFacil from the LIVE environment. This guide explains how to initiate a transfer, select a bank account, confirm the transaction, and track the status of the withdrawal.
1. Log in
Log in to your PagueloFacil account using your credentials.
2. Access Funds Requests
In the options menu on the left side:
Select Balance
Then click on the Funds Requests subsection
3. Start a new funds request
To proceed with a request, the system will display the Transfer option, where you must:
Select the destination bank account or crypto wallet
Enter the amount to transfer
To complete this step, you must first have a bank account or crypto wallet added and your account must be validated. You can add an account from this page.
4. Confirm the request
Once you have selected the bank account and the amount, click Confirm.
The system will display a summary of the funds request, where you can verify:
Selected bank account or crypto wallet
Amount to be transferred
General transaction information
If the details are correct, select Confirm again.
If you want to make any changes, select Cancel to return to the previous screen
5. Tracking Your Request
After confirming your request, you will be able to view:
The status of your request
Estimated payment dates
In the balance summary, the funds will appear as debited from your available balance.
In the request history, the transaction will be displayed with the status Pending.
6. Completion
Done. You have successfully submitted a funds request.
You can track its status from the Balance to Funds Requests section, where the status will change as the process progresses (Pending, Approved, etc.).
