Request Payment from a Registered User

The Request Payment from Contact feature allows you to request money from another user who is already registered in PagueloFacil. This option sends a payment request directly to the selected contact, who can approve or complete the payment from their application.
 The request will remain registered as a pending transaction until the user completes the payment.

1. Log in
Access your PagueloFacil account from the app using your credentials.

2. Go to the Request Payment option
From the Home screen, select the Request Payment button.
Within this section, the available methods to request money will appear:
  1. Request from Contact
  2. ​Payment Link
  3. ​QR Code
​For this case, select Request from Contact and then press Next.
​
3. Select the contact
From your PagueloFacil contact list, select the user you want to request payment from.
Enter the amount you want to request and press Next.

4. Verify the details and send the request
The system will display the following message:
“A $0.01 fee will be charged from the amount to be received when making this request.”
Example:
  1. Requested amount: $1.00
  2. ​Amount you will receive: $0.99
You can also add an optional comment for the user.
 To complete the process, slide the button to confirm the payment request.
​
Done. The request will be registered as a pending payment request for the user.
