Service Payments

This guide allows you to register and make service payments directly from the PagueloFacil web platform. From this section, you can add new services, review your available balance, and manage the payments made from your account.

1. Log in

Access your PagueloFacil account using your credentials.

2. Access the Payments section

From the side navigation menu, click on the Payments section.

3. Select the “Service” tab

Within the Payments section, you will see the Make Payment screen with the following available categories:

• User
• Merchant
• Service

For this case, select the Service tab.

You will also be able to view a balance summary divided into the following categories: Available, Retained, Blocked, Fund Requests, and Global.

4. Add a service

Within this section, you will see the green + Add button to register a new service.

Then, complete the required registration information to save the service that will receive your payments.

5. Select the registered service

After saving the service, you will be able to select it from your list of registered services.

When opening the service, you will see a screen similar to Pay service, where you will be able to view:

• Available balance
• Service name

Then:

• Enter the amount to pay
• Add a description if desired

6. Confirm the payment

Select Continue to process the service payment.

Done. The service payment has been successfully completed from the PagueloFacil web platform.
