Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an additional security layer that requires a second verification method besides your password. It is used to protect account access and confirm sensitive actions such as payments, withdrawals, or settings changes.

●   Supported authentication apps
You can use apps such as:
  1. Google Authenticator
  2. Microsoft Authenticator
  3. Authy
These apps generate dynamic codes without needing SMS messages.

1. Log in
Access your PagueloFacil account using your credentials.

2. Go to Settings
 From the Home tab, select Settings in the bottom right corner.

3. Go to Security
 Select Security and then 2FA Authentication.

4. Choose the verification method
 Select your preferred verification method.
​
5. Example (Text message)
  1. Select Text message.
  2. ​Confirm your phone number is correct.
  3. ​Press Send code.
  4. ​Enter the received code and select Activate 2FA.
​
6. Additional confirmation
 Confirm the code sent to your email.


Done. You will see the message: “2FA authentication method activated”.
