View Account Limits

The Account Limits per Transaction section allows you to check the maximum amounts authorized for operations within the PagueloFacil app. Here you can view the limits assigned to your account for collections, payments, and top-ups, based on your profile and verification level. This helps you understand your account’s operational capacity and plan your transactions within the allowed amounts.

1. Log in
 Access your PagueloFacil account using your credentials.

2. Go to Settings
 From the Home tab, select Settings in the bottom right corner.
​
3. Check limits
 Go to the Account Limits per Transaction section.
​
4. View allowed amounts
​Here you can check the maximum authorized amounts for:
  1. Collections
  2. ​Payments
  3. ​Top-ups
Done. In this section, you can review the limits assigned to your account.
