The Transactions and Activity section allows you to view, organize, and understand all operations performed from your account in the PagueloFacil app. Here you can review payments, collections, bank transfers, and top-ups, as well as verify the status of each transaction.
This tool helps you keep track of your incoming and outgoing funds in a clear and organized way.
1. Log in
Access your PagueloFacil account using your credentials.
2. Go to the Activity section
From the bottom menu, select the Activity tab.
Then go to Transactions.
3. Select the transaction status
At the top, you will find two options:
Completed
Displays transactions processed successfully.
Pending
Displays transactions that are still in progress.
4. Identify the transaction type
Within completed transactions, you will be able to view:
Payments made
When you send money to another user, merchant, or service.
The amount will appear in red (money out).
Collections received
When you receive money from another user or merchant.
The amount will appear in green (money in).
Bank transfers
Transactions made to or from a linked bank account.
The amount may appear in red or green depending on whether it is outgoing or incoming.
Top-ups
Transactions related to adding balance to the application.
5. Use the search bar
At the top, you will find the “Search here” bar.
Enter the user name, merchant, or reference to locate a specific transaction.
6. Apply filters
Select the filter icon to:
Choose a date range (From / To).
Press Apply filter to confirm.
If you want to reset the search, select Clear filters.
Done. From this section, you can review and manage your account’s full transaction history.
