To fill out the KYC Form you must:

1. Enter the link to the form.

2. The page will take you to a window prior to the form where you must fill in the fields with the legal representative's information.

3. After clicking on Review document, you will be redirected to the page to fill out the form.

4. Once you have completed the form, click on the Finish button.
