There are only three restrictions established by PagueloFacil's compliance area so that you cannot withdraw funds from your account:

1. New Account: Until your merchant does not process any transaction, the system will not enable the option to withdraw funds, once 7 days have passed from your first transaction greater than $1.00, the system will automatically enable the option for you to request funds.

2. Validation of transactions: Our automated risk system generates alerts on some transactions that do not comply with the established parameters and requests a validation by random charge and until this validation is not performed it is possible that the option to withdraw funds is suspended, or a temporary block is made on the amount of the transaction.

3. Review in the merchant activity: in order to comply with our regulations before the card brands (Visa, Mastercard), in addition to the Panamanian laws and entities, it is possible that the option to request funds may be suspended, the compliance department will be notifying and contacting you how to recover your account and request available funds.
