To recover your password, you must go to the login page here.

1. Click on Forgot your password?

2. Enter your User Name or the e-mail address with which you are registered in the platform.

3. You will receive an email called Password Recovery with a code.

4. You will have to enter it in Confirmation Code -> Validate.

5. Enter your new password.

6. Finally I just selected to log back in and that's it!
