The cardholder has a period of:
120 days to file a chargeback from the date on which the transaction was made.
365 days to request information about any purchase made with your card from the date on which the transaction was made.
If the merchant does not respond, the "Request" automatically becomes an undisputed chargeback (not open to dispute or discussion to support the case).
