With your PagueloFacil account you will be able to view and download all your transactions at any time you want. The transactions section covers all transactions made by payment links, recurring payments, payment emails, QR, POS devices, VPOS and website.
You will be able to find your transactions:
1. Logging into your PagueloFacil account.
2. In the Transactions section, choose the Transactions subsection.
3. You will find graphs about your transactions and, below them, your transaction history.
4. Under the transactions title, you will find 3 buttons with different actions:
Action | Button |
Allows you to filter by amount, date and/or status. It also makes it easy to search for transactions by description, transaction code, payment method and more. | |
Allows you to download all your transactions in excel workbook format. | |
Allows you to download all your transactions in csv format. |
5. Click on the download button with the pending notification (the down arrow with the green blinking dot) and tap on the transaction file to download it.
