PagueloFacil provides the service of processing electronic transactions through its payment platform. By subtracting the corresponding amounts, we obtain the total amount to be received from the merchant in PagueloFacil.

The following charges are debited from the total amount of the transaction:

1. Commission: percentage charged by PagueloFacil on the total amount of the transaction. The percentage is 3.5%.

2. Cost per transaction: It is a fixed amount charged by PagueloFacil for every transaction processed. The fixed amount is 0.50 cents.

3. Commission for international issuing bank (if applicable): Additional commission that is applied to transactions processed with credit cards from foreign issuing banks (outside Panama). The percentage of an international commission is 1%.

4. ITBMS per service: Tax applied to the cost of services and the international commission. The ITMBS is equivalent to 7%. It is calculated by adding all costs associated with the transaction (commission, transaction fee, international commission).

5. Reserve (if applicable): Percentage applied to the total amount of the transaction, which is retained for a certain period from the date on which the transaction was made. Once this time has elapsed, the system releases it. To calculate the amount of the reserve of a transaction, we must multiply the percentage applied (varies by transaction) on the full amount of the transaction.
