When the validation by random charge is requested, an email is sent to the customer with the validation process, if the email is not received, you can proceed as follows:

  1. You should review your card online banking and view the random charge from $1.00 to $3.00 or the transaction made to the merchant (Initial Transaction).

  2. Take a screenshot of the payment.

Once the email is received, the staff will verify the information and contact the customer.
