When validation by random charge is requested, an email is sent to the customer with the validation process. Our charge is always in dollars (USD) and if your card is in another currency, and you do not know the exchange rate, it is possible that you will not be able to match the amount.

In this case, you should proceed as follows:

  1. You should check your online banking of your card and see the random charge from $1.00 to $3.00 or the transaction made to the merchant (Initial Transaction).

  2. Take a screenshot of the payment.

Once the email is received, the staff will verify the information and contact the customer.
