With your PagueloFacil account, you have access to an administrative system where you can:
1. Manage your sales:
By logging into your account you will be able to visualize an updated summary of the transactions processed and statistics by day, month and year.
You will be able to see the details of all the transactions and movements you have processed with your account and the associated costs. You will even have the option to download your movements and transactions in .xlsx and .csv format.
2. Manage your account:
Within your account, you will be able to modify all the information of both the company and the administrator user when you need to make any changes or updates. Processes such as: change your password, phone numbers, your company logo and attach documents such as corporate charter, public registry, among other documents required by our compliance department.
You will also be able to include one or multiple bank accounts to disburse funds to within your PagueloFacil platform.
With the option to create users, you will be able to assign more people roles to log into your account. In your account, you will always be able to change the role or delete your users. Each role has different restrictions, and the only one with all the available actions will be the administrator.
Besides being able to manage your data, you will also have access to your keys (such as CCLW and KEY). With them, you will be able to connect your PagueloFacil account with your WEB page and facilitate the way you make your payments.
3. Manage your collections:
The commercial account will allow you to choose the way you want your clients to receive, the way to pay you. You will be able to send them the payment information through Payment Links, Payment Email or QR Code.
You will also be able to create a profile for your customers, create plans and subscribe your customers to these plans to create Recurring Charges.
4. Manage your payments:
Another feature of your account is the ability to make payments from the platform. With the funds available in your account you can make payments to users, other merchants and pay for services.
5. Manage your funds:
In addition to being able to receive payments from your customers and pay other merchants and services, your account will allow you to make funding requests, so you can transfer your funds to your bank if you wish. From your account you will be able to manage your funding requests, review their status and even cancel them.
6. Manage your point of sales (POS):
With your account, you will have the option to request points of sales to facilitate collections at your merchant. By attaching your POS to your account, all the amounts made with your POS will be registered in your PagueloFacil account. Within the POSFácil section you will see all your transactions, make closings and view and make reports.
7. Manage your Mastercard:
Within your account, you will have the option to request a commercial card. This Mastercard will be attached to the available funds of your commercial account in PagueloFacil.
